Lisa, if you think slim fast is expensive you should try nutrisystem. Better food, but still really expensive.

I tried Slim Fast and a few other shake plans because it looked convenient. But I found them unsatisfying and like you said, expensive!

I haven’t heard of apple cider vinegar, but I see the capsules sold in the health food store. Let me know if you find out more about that. My knees would probably feel better if I lost a few pounds, nevermind arthritis, lol!

I take supplements, but weight loss isn’t really my goal for them One of them is apple cider vinegar. It works wonders for my arthritis, but I recently heard of someone taking it for weight loss as well.
